About AII

Built by people who work in Higher Education.

AII was designed by people who have worked inside the insight teams at real institutions. It was not adapted for higher education. It was built for it — from the first line of code, to every data schema, to every board-ready output.

— 01 / Origin

A practice, not a product launch.

AII began inside university planning offices — the rooms where portfolio decisions are made, recruitment strategy is rewritten, and boards ask for evidence that fragmented spreadsheets cannot supply. We have sat through those meetings. We know what a Pro Vice-Chancellor needs before a two-hour strategy session, and how quickly that need collapses when the data lives in seven systems.

We built AII because the sector deserves better than adapted enterprise software or generic consultancy decks. Every module — Course Validate, Competitor Analysis, Real Time Data, Labour Market Insight — was shaped by insight practitioners who understand HESA returns, UCAS cycles, OfS conditions and the operational reality of a modern UK institution.

— 02 / Why AII

The analytical rigour of an elite advisory firm — delivered as software.

Built for HE

Not a repurposed SaaS. Every schema mirrors the reality of UK institutional planning.

Evidence-first

Every figure traceable to source, publication date, confidence and methodology.

Board-ready

Outputs formatted for executive boards, not analyst screens. Ready to circulate.

Independent

No pipeline to a consultancy retainer. The report is the deliverable.

— 03 / Contact
