How to Use Autonomous Institutional Intelligence (AII)

A simple, six-step guide written for university directors. No jargon — just plain steps you can follow today.

What is AII?

AII is your personal research team. You ask it a question about a course, a competitor, or a region — and it returns the analysis, the chart, and the executive briefing, ready to share with your board. You don't need to be technical. If you can fill in a form, you can use AII.

1. Start a research project

Open New Research Project, pick your course, degree level, country, and goals. AII does the deep research for you — usually in under a minute.

2. Analyse your competitors

Go to Competitor Analysis, type the names of universities you want to benchmark against and the course they offer. You'll get a side-by-side comparison of tuition, strengths, weaknesses, and clear gaps you can exploit.

3. Check local labour market

Visit Labour Market Insights. The page auto-loads national stats for your country. Switch to the postcode / region tab to see local employers, in-demand skills, and graduate salaries.

4. Review enrolment health

Enrollment Insights shows your application funnel, yield rate, and cohort mix — all personalised to your institution.

5. Shape your course portfolio

Course Strategy recommends what to launch, scale, refresh, or sunset — based on demand signals and your past research projects.

6. Download an executive briefing

Open any completed report and click Download PDF or Download .docx. You'll get a clean, director-ready document with a cover page, branding, and clear sections — no dashboard clutter.

Tips for great results

  • Be specific about the course name — "MSc Artificial Intelligence" works better than "AI degree".
  • Add at least three competitor universities for a richer comparison matrix.
  • For labour stats, try both a postcode (precise) and a region name (broader picture).
  • Download both the PDF and .docx so your team can edit the Word version while you share the PDF.
